DESIGN
We have an experienced and dedicated team to design the required Aluform drawings. They have been with us since our inception and are able to guide us with their relevant expertise.
Our designs for modification are made with the objective that there is minimal wastage and optimal use of existing Aluminium Formwork components. We provide clients with relevant drawings and lists of components.
CHEMICAL CLEANING
Aluform systems once used, are covered with concrete and other deposits. Deposits increase the weight of the material and handling becomes stressful also causing damage to the material. Periodic cleaning of the Aluform system helps to increase the number of repetitions, smooth handling and finishing of the walls. Cleaning of panels and extrusions can be done either by chemical treatment or by using a water jet. We at Innofab use both these processes in proportion, so that the material is not damaged and the welding remains intact. Chipping of excess concrete deposits, chemical treatment and finally water jet cleaning is done for each component individually. The material is then sorted by size and job type to ensure an efficient and economical repairing and modification process.
REPAIRING AND MODIFICATION
Aluform systems are put through such rigorous use, that they develop some wear and tear over time. Sometimes, cracks are formed on the panels or a gap develops between the side strips and the sheets. Ignoring this wear and tear could lead to bending of panels or the material will have to be scrapped. Timely repairing of the aluform system prevents material from further damage and helps to increase the number of repetitions the system provides. To ensure an efficient and economical modification process, we at Innofab, sort out the material according to size and job types before the modification process. This allows us to take proper inventory of existing panels and extrusions. It makes searching of required panels easier and also helps us to avoid unnecessary modification, for material that are already available.
DRY MOCK UP
We have an experienced and skilled team, who work hand in hand with our design team, to ensure a smooth mockup of the aluminum formwork. We make sure that the entire mock-up is checked and de-shutter the mock up, only after the client’s approval.
